最近のｶﾘﾌｫﾙﾆｱの状況について：企業の起業/移転･80%の公園閉鎖･刑務所からの囚人の放出

最近twitterで聞いたｶﾘﾌｫﾙﾆｱにまつわる話がどうも信じがたいほどひどいものばかりなので(しかも複数)､ﾒﾓしておきます｡
(訳はざっくりです)

ｼｭﾜﾙﾂｪﾈｶﾞｰ知事の書簡：囚人の放出､消防隊員の解雇､その他のｻｰﾋﾞｽの削減･縮小を行う事になるかもしれない｡

Schwarzenegger, the governor, sent a letter to the legislature warning it that, by his latest estimates, the state will face a budget gap of $15.4 billion if the ballot measures pass, $21.3 billion if they fail. Prisoners will have to be released, firefighters fired, and other services cut or eliminated.

今日､ｶﾘﾌｫﾙﾆｱはﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽをするには恐ろしい場所である｡起業においてもｶﾘﾌｫﾙﾆｱで始めるのは極力さける傾向にある｡

Having created companies here and watched others do the same for the past 35 years, I am in a position to contrast what it was like to be an entrepreneur in California back then, compared with what it has become. And I regret to say that California is today a terrible place to do business.

We have just learned the details of Governor Schwarzenegger's budget plan that if approved will close at least 80% of California's entire state park system.
