Amazon.comのおもてなしが半端無い件

昨年、Kindle 3G 6"を購入しました。

日本国内では販売されていないので、アメリカ本国のAmazon.comでアカウントをつくって購入することになります。アメリカのAmazon.comから購入するため、実際の商品も空輸で送られてきます。

その後、英語の勉強も兼ねて、毎日配信されるnewspaperや、書籍を読むため、毎日持ち歩いています。

さて、今日、amazon.comから1通のメール（英語）が。クレジットが云々と書かれていたので、引き落とされてなかったのか？とあせりましたが、よく読むと、輸出にかかった費用が減ったので、その分（$10.5)返金しますよ、とのこと。

1000円未満ではありますが、わざわざ全世界のKindleユーザーに対してこの対応を取っているとすると、すごいことですよね。いわなければばれない訳ですから。

この一件で、よりAmazonへの忠誠心が増した松尾でした。
